I'm Roberto Mužić
I’m a mental health consultant dedicated to helping people find balance, resilience, and meaning in their lives. Since earning my medical degree, I have been focused on promoting mental wellbeing. In 2025, I completed the European Board Exam in Psychiatry and continue my training in Jungian analytical psychology, deepening my understanding of the unconscious and the human search for wholeness. My journey has taken me from Médecins du Monde during the COVID-19 pandemic, to leading crisis-response teams for trauma survivors, to contributing to European-wide projects on suicide prevention and community mental health reform. These experiences taught me that mental health care must go beyond the clinic—it must meet people where they are: in schools, workplaces, communities, and moments of crisis.
I’m especially committed to supporting men, students, and helping professionals, and to reducing stigma through public speaking and education. By combining science, compassion, and creativity, I guide people through challenges toward greater clarity. Whether working one-on-one, with groups, or at the community level, my goal is simple: to help stuck souls move forward, and to bring a spark of light to what feels stuck, hidden or overwhelming.
Outside of work, I enjoy writing fiction, walking my dog, listening to my wife, and teaching chess—a few simple joys that keep life balanced.
I currently live on a beautiful island in Northern Europe.
