When Grades Define You

Read notes

Field Notes are my way of observing and staying in dialogue with life as it unfolds. They’re not essays or finished thoughts, but reflections gathered from the spaces where I lived and worked: clinics, classrooms, neighborhoods, and the quiet landscapes of the mind. In medicine and psychology, field notes are written where theory meets experience. I try to write in that same way: grounded in what I see, yet open to what asks to be understood.

Influenced by the perspective of analytical psychology, with its attention to symbols, the unconscious, and the dialogue between inner and outer worlds, I approach each encounter as part of a wider conversation between science and humanity. These notes aren’t conclusions; they’re questions, traces, and small attempts to listen more deeply to what it means to be human.
